We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in the South Valley area, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans and are a preferred provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, DMBA, PEHP, MetLife, and Educators Mutual, please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. James D. Lund, DDS does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Two cleanings per calendar year
-includes bitewing x-rays, exam, fluoride treatment, and cancer screening
33% off all dental work

Annual Cost
$400 – first person
$200 – second person
$100 – each additional

Annual Individual Benefit - $1500

Preferred Plan
Two cleanings per calendar year
-includes bitewing x-rays, exam, fluoride treatment, and cancer screening
50% off Basic dental work
-Diagnostic exams, additional x-rays, Periodontal therapy, Fillings, Basic extractions
33% off Major dental work
-Cosmetic Dentistry, Crowns, Root canals, Wisdom teeth extractions
